"1.机械控制系统
1.1 工具轴承转速：300－20000rpm，可调。
*1.2 工具前进步径：100μm，10μm，1μm及0.5μm可选，显示步径值，并具有快进和撤回功能。
*1.3 工具移动范围：左右75mm（手动模式），24mm（自动模式），前后12mm（马达驱动）
1.4 工具左右移动控制参数：左右移动速度0.025－0.5mm/s；
*1.5自动磨抛功能：具有时间倒计时自动控制和进程倒计数自动控制。具有自动应力反馈功能，确保样品不被破坏。可设定工具左右移动窗口，提高效率。
*1.6 冷却液流速控制：自动蠕动泵控制，流速范围2－20ml/min。
2. 观察系统
*2.1体视镜放大倍数： 9.6x-77x
*2.2 照明系统：环形LED照明，4分割，可选不同的照明角度和亮度。
2.3 带有坐标尺：12mm，120分格
*2.4 带有可移动物镜：移动范围±5μm
*2.5 对样品观察角度：0°－90°
3. 样品臂
*3.1样品臂倾斜角度：0°－60°
*3.2样品角度可调整：可选配样品角度调整适配器，角度调整范围X和Y方向各±5°
4. 可实现功能
*4.1 可为光学显微镜样品做定点切割、研磨、抛光等制备。
*4.2 可为TEM样品制备3mm直径圆片，两边平行，厚度可达1μm量级。
*4.3 可为SEM样品进行精细修块或精细抛光。
5. 操作控制
5.1 控制键：工具进程由旋钮或按键控制，其它参数由按键控制；工具左右移动由手柄或马达驱动。

*2.1 Stereo mirror magnification: 9.6x-77x
*2.2 Lighting system: Ring LED lighting, 4 divisions, optional different lighting angles and brightness.
2.3 With coordinate ruler: 12mm, 120 divisions
*2.4 With movable objective lens: moving range ±5μm
*2.5 Observation angle of sample: 0°－90°
3. Sample Arm
*3.1 Inclination angle of sample arm: 0°－60°
*3.2 The sample angle adjustment range is ±5° in each of the X and Y directions
4. Function
*4.1 It can do spot cutting, grinding, polishing and other preparations for optical microscope samples.
*4.2 3mm diameter discs can be prepared for TEM samples, with parallel sides, and the thickness can reach the order of 1μm.
*4.3 Fine trimming or fine polishing can be performed for SEM samples."
