EPR100型x波段脉冲式电子顺磁共振波谱仪是一台高灵敏度、高稳定性,能满足多种实验场景的波谱仪。该仪器集成仪器控制软件、数据处理软件和波谱拟合软件。配备了1.8T双极头赫姆霍兹电磁体,高Q谐振腔、介质谐振腔、双模谐振腔,支持脉冲和连续波epr实验。具有脉冲电子-核双共振系统,搭配任意波形发射器。无液氦干式变温系统满足变温实验,范围在3-300K。包含EPR相对定量和绝对定量功能。适用于物理学、化学、材料科学、生物医学、环境科学等领域的研究。X Band Pulsed Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Spectrometer (EPR 100) is a highly sensitive and highly stable spectrometer that can meet various experimental conditions. EPR 100 software integrated multi-functions, such as instrument-control, data-analysis and spectrum fitting. EPR 100 is equipped with 1.8T bipolar Helmholtz electromagnet with high quality resonator, dielectric resonator and dual-mode resonator, which can be used for pulse- and continuous- wave EPR experiments. Its electron-nuclear double resonance system can be used with arbitrary waveform emitter. The liquid helium-free temperature control system can cover from 3K to 300K. EPR can be used for relative and absolute quantification in research fields, including physics, chemistry, material science, biological medicine, and environmental sciences.

主要附件及配置

1.对测试的固体粉末样品没有特别的要求,只要固体样品粒径小于3 mm即可(包括一些薄膜衬底样品,长度一般≤1.5cm,宽度≤3 mm,顺磁样品管内径在3mm)。样品质量依据材料自身性质一般控制在几毫克至0.1克左右。另外,吸波材料不适合做EPR测试。2.对于液体样品,提供约0.5mL溶液即可;对需要检测自由基的捕获实验,测试样品需现场配制,因为一般捕获后的产物寿命仅分钟级的。此外,捕获剂本身对光、环境温度也都非常敏感,不易长时间暴露在空气环境中。3.对需要进行惰性气体保护的EPR原位、光照、低温等实验,需要课题组提供自制的样品管附件。1. For solid sample, make sure the particle size is less than 3mm. For samples with thin file substrate, the dimensions should follow the requirements: length ≤ 1.5 cm, width ≤ 3 mm (the paramagnetic sample tube diameter is 3mm). The weight of the sample should be between a few milligram to about 0.1 gram, depending on the properties of the sample. Please note, absorbing materials can not be used for EPR testing. 2. For liquid sample, the suggested volume is 0.5 mL. For free-radical-capture experiments, samples needs to be prepared right before the EPR testing due to the minute-scale life-time of captured product and unstability of the trapping agent in air. 3. For special experimental conditions, including inert gas protected in-situ experiment, illumination experiment, and low temperature experiment, please prepare the customized sample tube beforehand.
