The Bruker E500 X-band continuous-wave electron paramagnetic resonance (CW-EPR) spectrometer is a high sensitivity and stability instrument suitable for various experimental scenarios. This device integrated multi-functions, such as instrument-control, data-analysis and spectrum fitting. It is equipped with the SuperX microwave bridge, super-high sensitivity resonator ER4122SHQE, and a mixing resonator with 4 quartz sample cells designed for reaction kinetic, featuring three detection modes: digital lock-in, rapid scan, and transient digital modes. The instrument has a working temperature range of 100-600 K and is equipped with a programmable goniometer, allowing for in situ temperature variation and in situ angle adjustments for continuous wave EPR experiments. The software also includes functions for EPR relative and absolute quantification, as well as Q-value calculation. It is suitable for research in fields such as physics, chemistry, materials science, biomedicine, and environmental science.
