温馨提醒：2024年平台测试费用线上结算 Reminder: Online confirm the charging bills of 2024

各位PI老师：
您好！临近年底，麻烦您登录大仪共享服务系统（https://share.westlake.edu.cn），进行各平台仪器使用费用的“确认”操作，推荐使用“确认全部”，具体操作指南文件详见附件，各位老师也可以访问地址进行查看或下载附件（https://lims.xjtlu.edu.cn/lims/!nfs_share/finder/user#public）。如已结算请忽略。
另外，特别提醒，麻烦各位老师在点击“确认全部”之前，检查、处理系统中经费卡号为“无”的明细，操作步骤如下：
1、 在“组内结算明细”页卡中，在“经费卡号”筛选框内，输入“无”，点击“搜索”；
2、 全选当前页，点击“批量修改经费卡号”，绑定经费卡，重复此步操作，直到没有明细；

Dear All,
Kindly be reminded please, it’s already Q4 of fiscal year 2024, it would be greatly appreciated if you could login the system (https://share.westlake.edu.cn) and confirm the bills, one button confirm tool “confirm all” is recommended to use. The specific operation guide could be found as attached.You can also visit the address to view or download attachments（https://lims.xjtlu.edu.cn/lims/!nfs_share/finder/user#public）. Please ignore if already settled.
Besides, before you click “confirm all” button, please also pay attention to the charge lists without fund account, below brief steps and screenshot could be followed to close the case:
1. Find the page of ‘Charge List(结算明细)—Lab Charge List(组内结算明细)’, input “无”（none）in the screening table of fund account(经费卡号), then click ‘Search’(搜索);
2. Select “choose the current page(全选当前页)”, click “batch change the fund account(批量更换经费卡号)”, choose the fund account, then repeat the operation till there is no charge list left.
